Product description

The special hotel and wellness silicone OTTOSEAL® S 140 is a sealant specially developed for expansion and connection joints in permanently damp hygiene or swimming pool areas. OTTOSEAL® S 140 proves its great strength through its double mold protection: In addition to the mold-resistant properties, the special silicone is also equipped with the ecologically safe OTTO Fungitect® silver technology. This guarantees durable connections, even in the particularly intensively used areas of hotels and spas. In addition, OTTOSEAL® S 140 is compatible with natural stone and does not cause edge contamination.

Areas of application

Special silicone for sealing and grouting in sanitary areas with very high stress on the silicone joint, e.g. in damp areas, public shower and bath facilities, swimming pools, sports facilities, fitness studios, hospitals, thermal baths, wellness areas, hotel bathrooms, etc.
For sealing ceramic tiles and natural stone in permanently wet environments
